Two agents, one handshake.
Recruiting is not a one-sided market. Candidates deserve an agent every bit as capable as the employer's.
Tenet III
Channel-native, not platform-locked.
If your team lives in Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp — the agent lives there too. We do not build another inbox you forget to check.
Tenet IV
Humans in command.
Agents negotiate, surface, and verify. Humans decide. We refuse to ship anything that hides who is accountable.
Tenet V
Career > placement.
We measure ourselves not by hires made, but by careers compounding. The agent stays with you across roles, decades.
